1.- The general terms and conditions laid out below regulate access to and use of the web services that ITALFARMACO, S.A. places at the users’ disposal (henceforth, “Users”) through its Internet portals www.itfsp.com and www.italfarmaco.es

2.- Use of the portal attributes the condition of User, which implies compliance with the applicable version of the general terms and conditions published at the time of access.

3.- Notwithstanding the above, certain contents are for the exclusive use of healthcare professionals authorized to prescribe and dispense medicines, due to which access to these is restricted.

All the information provided by the User through the web forms must be truthful. For this purpose, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and undertakes to maintain the information provided to ITALFARMACO, S.A. updated, so as to reflect the User’s real situation at all times. In any case, the User shall be held ultimately responsible for false or inexact data and for any damages resulting to ITALFARMACO, S.A. or third parties on account of the information provided.

4.- The User undertakes to use the services in a diligent, correct and lawful manner. Use of services and, in particular, of information of any kind obtained through the portal to send communications of any commercial nature and/or non-requested e-mails of any kind addressed to groups of users, in addition to publishing or distributing said information in any way, is strictly forbidden.

5.- ITALFARMACO, S.A. is authorized to exclude a User from the portal in the event that he/he commits any of the crimes or misdemeanours typified in the Spanish Criminal Code in force, or in the event that it observes any type of conduct which, in ITALFARMACO, S.A.’s opinion, is contrary to the morale values, order, ethics or ITALFARMACO, S.A. internal rules or may disrupt ITALFARMACO, S.A.’s good functioning, image, credibility and/or prestige or that of its collaborators.

6.- All portal contents, such as texts, charts, photographs, logos, icons and images, in addition to the graphic design, source code and software are the exclusive property of ITALFARMACO, S.A. and are therefore subject to intellectual and industrial property rights, in accordance with national and international laws.

7.- The total or partial reproduction of the website’s contents and designs, their distribution, publication and transformation are strictly forbidden, unless the User has ITALFARMACO, S.A.’s written authorization to do so or said reproduction is carried out in compliance with the legislation in force. Additionally, the inclusion of this web page within external contexts without ITALFARMACO, S.A.’s written authorization is strictly forbidden.

8.- Those Users who post observations, opinions or comments on the portal via e-mail or any other means, authorize ITALFARMACO, S.A. to reproduce, distribute, publish and transform said observations, opinions or comments throughout the legal authors’ rights protection period and without geographic limits. Additionally, it is understood that this authorization is made free of charge.

9.- ITALFARMACO, S.A. reserves the right to interrupt access to the portal, in addition to the provision of any or all of the services, at any time and without prior notice, due to technical, security, control, maintenance or power supply failure reasons, or any other cause.

10.- ITALFARMACO, S.A. excludes any responsibility for the damages of any kind resulting from the lack of veracity, exactness, thoroughness and/or relevance of the information and services transmitted, published, stored or placed at the User’s disposal. In the same way, ITALFARMACO, S.A. excludes any responsibility for the damages of any kind resulting from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements in the contents that may alter the information systems, in addition to documents or systems stored in these.
